Browse the Shop, or search by brand, rider, era or graphic. Every listing shows a condition grade and 6 labeled photos: full silhouette, graphic close-up, full top, nose close-up, middle close-up, tail close-up, plus a signature close-up only when the board is signed. Star anything you want to keep an eye on; it goes to your Watchlist.

Premium purchases are paid by card. Artifacts are paid by wire through Madera. Some sellers accept offers: the seller has 24 hours to answer, and the buyer has 24 hours to pay after acceptance. There are no auctions.
The seller ships it to you.
Premium boards ($500 to under $8,000) ship straight from the seller, boxed, insured and tracked, with a signature on delivery. Sellers ship within 3 business days.
It's yours.
If something is wrong, tell us within 3 days of delivery. "Not as described" means the board differs materially from its listing: a different board, an undisclosed reissue, repair or re-screen, or condition below the listed grade. Our team checks your photos against the listing photos the appraiser approved.
Artifacts work differently.
Artifacts ($8,000 and up) are paid by wire and come through our Long Beach warehouse, where we look each one over before it ships to you, with a signature on delivery. Artifact returns go back to Madera in Long Beach.
What you pay: the price on the listing plus shipping and a 6% Buyer's Premium on Premium and an 8% Buyer's Premium on Artifacts on Buy Now and accepted offers, shown on the listing before checkout, and sales tax from your shipping address.
Selling
Selling is by invite for now.
Premium is peer-to-peer, with invited sellers only. Every listing requires the appraiser's approval. “Sold by Madera” appears only on Madera-owned inventory.
List your board.
Add the brand, rider, year and graphic, choose a condition grade, and upload the 6 photos (full silhouette, graphic close-up, full top, nose close-up, middle close-up, tail close-up), plus a signature close-up only when the board is signed. Our appraiser reviews every listing and may ask for more photos or a different grade before it goes live.
Ship according to the tier.
Premium ships directly from the seller to the buyer, insured and tracked, within 3 business days. Only Artifacts pass through Madera in Long Beach, and Artifact returns go back there too. Signature on delivery is required for both tiers. Any label cost is in your seller agreement.
You get paid.
Premium payouts go to your bank by ACH after the 3-day claim window following delivery closes. Premium seller terms are shown in your seller agreement before your first listing. Artifacts cost sellers 2% plus a $150 listing fee.
What we check
Originals only. Our appraiser reviews every listing before it goes live, comparing the full-silhouette hero, graphic close-up, full top, and nose, middle and tail close-ups with the board's details and condition grade. Reissues and reproductions are not eligible. Premium is approved from the listing photographs; Artifacts are also examined in person through Madera in Long Beach. If a detail is unclear, we ask for more information before approval.
