US street addresses at launch. No PO boxes.
Premium decks
Insured and tracked, with a signature on delivery, $14.95 flat in the contiguous US. Premium decks ship from the seller. You get a tracking link by email once it ships.
Artifacts
Ship from Madera in Long Beach after a final check, insured, with a signature on delivery.
Sales tax
Worked out from your shipping address at checkout.
Returns
All sales are final unless the deck isn't as described. Then open a claim within 3 days of delivery and we make it right. A Premium return goes back to the seller. An Artifact return goes back through Madera in Long Beach. How a return works
Lost or late
If tracking stops moving for 5 business days, tell us. We settle with you and deal with the carrier.
