Devil Worship & Oops!: A closer look

The graphic catches your eye. The rest of the board deserves the same attention.

Boards and artwork on display.

A board graphic can start a collection or bring you back to a board you remember. Before buying, take time with the whole object. The shape, top and edges deserve as much attention as the artwork.

Madera is a curated marketplace for skateboarding and action sports culture. Originals only. Explore original boards and the stories behind them.

Start with the whole board

The full-silhouette hero shows the complete shape. Read it alongside the graphic close-up and full-top photograph. Then look at the nose, middle and tail close-ups and compare what you see with the listing’s condition notes.

A close-up cannot replace the full silhouette, and a striking graphic cannot answer every question about condition. If a detail matters to your decision, ask about it before making an offer.

Read the terms before the offer

Premium boards are priced from $500 to under $8,000. Listings come from invited peer sellers and require the appraiser’s approval. The buyer’s premium is 6%, shown on the listing before checkout. The seller has 24 hours to answer an offer, and the buyer has 24 hours to pay.

Artifacts start at $8,000, are paid by wire and are handled through Madera in Long Beach. The buyer’s premium is 8%, shown on the listing before checkout. There are no auctions.

Plan for delivery

Premium ships directly from the seller to the buyer. Only Artifacts pass through Madera in Long Beach, and Artifact returns go back there too. Both tiers require a signature on delivery.

Review the board when it arrives. The claim window is 3 days after delivery. Keep the listing photographs and condition notes available so you can compare the delivered board with its description.
